Rick is Co-President and Co-CEO of UHY Advisors, Inc. and serves on its Executive Committee and Board of Directors.  Rick is also President and CEO of UHY Advisors TX, LLC, and is a member of its Executive Committee.  He is a Partner with UHY LLP, a licensed CPA firm, and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.  Rick was named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People by Accounting Today in 2003.
