What it is:                  
This phase of an internal audit tests the actual implementation of existing internal controls to determine if there are material weaknesses in current systems. 

What we do:              
UHY Advisors professionals will first determine if there are weaknesses in the current system and make recommend changes to management.  After these changes are implemented, and in operation for a period of time, we will return to verify that the systemic changes provided the desired protections.
