We strictly account for each piece of client data that is entrusted to us for processing. We are not a “black box” operation and believe in complete and full disclosure of our processing stages. Upon the completion of any data processing project, each of our clients receives a report that identifies how many “items” were entrusted to our care, the number of items that were processed, the number of items that could not be processed due to encryption, corruption or other similar data event, and the number of items that “fell out” of the processing solution as the culling procedures were executed.
At the end of any project, each of our clients is provided with a report that identifies what happened to each data element, enabling them to closely monitor our processes and identify any abnormalities that may have occurred. Our eDiscovery team also uses this same report to identify any “issues” that we may encounter during the processing stage of any project. When we detect quantities of data that are reacting to our processing in a way that is not expected, it triggers a QC event, allowing us to further research and identify data-related issues.
