Each advancement in high production technology seems to come on the heels of the previous one. To counteract this, IT Departments and CFOs are looking at outsourcing many if not all IT functions to increase capabilities and competitiveness, and to reduce costs. This concept, which is already in everyday use by individuals, is referred to as "Cloud Computing." As the concept grows in the business setting, several issues arise.
